How to automate and insert a preview of the Jira dashboard in Slack like this tool https://www.troopr.ai/slack-charts-reports-reminders-jira ?

How to automate and trigger a slash command in Slack to execute "/quote" daily ?

I can see that the Support Team replied to your ticket, and you’re in conversation with them. Here’s what my colleague replied:

In this case, it will be best to keep the conversation going over with them. They can dig into the error logs of your Zap with you to look for the cause of the errors.
