Hi,

I´m triyng to make a Zapier connecting between Stripe and Learndash. First issue, Stripe says that We couldn’t find a customer even if I have at least 5 customers registered in Stripe.

 

The second issue is that when I´m doing the Learndash configuration in the email and first name fields says they are missing data. So, I would like to know if you have any recommendation.

 

By the way, I´m using the free plan I don´t know is these issues are related to the free plan restriction.

Hello! It shouldn’t be an issue with the free plan, so we can rule that out. 

It looks like your user in Stripe doesn’t have an email - Can you check in Strip whether the user has an email associated with them or not?
