Hello,

I need help in creating an integration for Jira Cloud to Clickup.

I do have different projects in Jira and I want to integrate issue updates and creation to Clickup.

I’ve put the trigger as Update issue in Jira → Search Issue in Jira → Search Task in ClickUp using the Custom Field → update data in clickup

But now I’m facing a problem where it tries to update all the issues of all workspaces.

Is there any specific step-by-step to create and updates issues in Jira and reflect to ClickUp?

To add on to Troy’s response, you would want to place the filter as an Action after the Jira Trigger and before the ClickUp Action:

  1. Jira Trigger
  2. Filter Action
  3. ClickUp Action

You could use it to tell the Zap it should “Only continue if...” certain data does or does not exist (example).
