I’d like to save jpeg and png images to a Google Drive but I don’t see any app that connect with Zapier that provides such a feature. If it cannot be done using Zapier does anyone know of another solution? Thanks in advance.

A workaround is to use the Twilio configuration to send a webhook for an incoming MMS.
Zap trigger would be Webhook - Catch Hook

Good question.
You may have to try out different SMS apps to determine if their Zap triggers support media files.
There may not be an explicit Zap trigger for an inbound media sent via MMS.
Can I use MMS?
For Twilio, Zapier supports MMS for the 'Send SMS' action, but not for SMS triggers.
