Im using Streak and Zapier to manage a little business, i want to know if the next situation is posible:
So i have like 400 new boxes created each month, and each box represents a case.
I want to assign 50 boxes to every person in my team, so they can each manage 50 cases every month. And i also want when they closed a case (when they move a box to “finish” stage) that automatically assign them a new box from the “new” stage, so they always have 50 and no more.
Is there a way to do this?
I managed to automatically assing a box to a person when its moved from the “new” stage to the “is ready to..” stage, but i want to limit the number.
