There isn’t a way to increase the timeout duration for actions, sorry about that. Sometimes, apps can have timeout errors because there’s a temporary problem on their end, so it’s worth giving this another try just in case.
If you’re consistently seeing this error, it could be because of the number of contacts in your account as a few users have reported the same error in the past. We do have an issue report for this error, because we’d love if users can use the Find Contact action even if they have a lot of contacts! I’ve added you to the report, which means that you’ll get an email if we do have an update on this, though I can’t say when/if that will happen.
