Is there a way to import data from .txt file to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet row?

Hi there, 

We’re attempting to automate our paperwork workflow. We’ve exported our PDF form fields to txt files which we’ve been importing in using Excel Power Query. Is there a way to import data from a txt file into an excel spreadsheet row?
