Data security and Governance is very important to me and my customers and I read that to extent this is possible with a Data mesh, I am still reading about it but could not find any article on it in zapier docs, hence checking if anyone has solved or can solve it?

Hey there 
There isn’t a native Data Mesh tool for Zapier currently, but perhaps you could use an app like Persio that integrates with Zapier? I’ve not used it myself but it seems like it would be able to unify/mesh customer data so may be worth exploring.
