Is it possible to verify a phone number is valid?

I’m new using Zapier so I apologize if this is a basic question.  I am using Knack and Twilio.  Knack is triggering when a new record is created and Twilio is sending an SMS to a phone number provided.  All is working well. 

 

How do I go about getting a response? When a user receives the SMS record, I want them to click on a link that will then send back a notification to the Knack application.  Any recommendations on how to approach this would be appreciated.  In the meantime, I will review all the guides online to make sure that information is not already there.
