Our Sales team uses user.com to keep track of their deals. They’d like to be able to see any new tasks created in a JIRA cloud project, to appear under Deals in user.com.

Ideally An issue is created on JIRA cloud with hCLIENT_NAME] as part of the summary. Is it possible to append that summary to a deal on user.com, if it contains the “CLIENT_NAME” in its name?

Welcome to the Zapier Community! 

I see you’ve been working with Paulo in Support but wanted to make sure you were able to get this Zap up and running. 

Sounds like you’ll need to use:

  • “New Issue in Jira Cloud” as your Trigger
  • “Create/Update Deal in User.com” as the Action

 

The fields should be loading properly now and you can learn more about setting up your Action (and appending the summary you mention) here!
