Question

Is it possible to use Zapier to automatically add new invitees to my shared Google Calendar?

Hi,

I need a bit of assistance, I currently have a shared google calendar but every time I get new joiners I have to manually add them to the calendar each time and this is such a long tedious process. I know Zapier can be used for calendar automation etc. I was wondering if there’s possibly a way for me to create a trigger using Zapier to automatically add new joiners onto my calendars without me having to do this manually.

Hi @sthunderlexus

GCal Zap app triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/google-calendar/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Thanks Troy, I’ll try to these triggers. Sorry if this is a bit of a stupid question but I think this particular trigger will still require me to add every new joiners email manually for the trigger to add them to events which is what I’m trying to cut out of the process if possible. Will this also give them access to my GCal and all the future events I’ll be hosting

@sthunderlexus

Zaps can be made dynamic by mapping variables between Zap steps using the ‘Custom’ tab.
