I would like to send a Slack message to the people of my organisation that have their Hubspot Extension for email & agenda disconnected
It is possible ? How to do it ?
Thanks

Hi @CosmeNeyrand

You may want to try reaching out to HubSpot support for guidance about the feasibility of being notified when a HubSpot Extension is disconnected.

Hi @CosmeNeyrand 👋

I just came across your post here and noticed you also reached out to our Support team about this and they had an idea for how you might achieve this. Not sure if you’re had a chance to review that yet but thought I’d share the details from their reply here in case it’s helpful for you and anyone that stumble across this thread in the future:

This definitely sounds possible but there may a few different ways to tackle this. To set up an automation that sends a Slack message when someone in your organization has their HubSpot email and agenda extension disconnected, you might follow this suggested Zap workflow:

  1. Trigger: Use HubSpot to monitor for changes in the status of the email and agenda extension (e.g., when it's disconnected). You might try using the “New Contact Property Change” if that does register those disconnections.
  2. Filter: Add a filter step to make sure the Zap only continues if the status is set to "disconnected."
  3. Action: Use Slack to send a message to the appropriate channel or person, notifying them about the disconnection with the 'New Message' action.

Note that this may require some experimentation and adjustment, but if you run into any roadblocks while setting this up, feel free to send me a link to your Zap in the editor, and I'll be happy to take a look and guide you on the next steps.

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any issues on that or have any further questions feel free to continue the conversation with our Support team over email or reach out here and we’ll be happy to assist further. 🙂
