Is it possible to send an updated Microsoft Excel table to a Slack channel weekly?

Is it possible to automatically send a table from MS Excel directly into Slack? 

Every week I want to send an updated table of data. I already created a trigger that updates the date in the spreadsheet so all the data gets updated but I can’t figure out how to copy this table and paste it on a slack channel.
