Is it possible to rename a file in Google Drive?

I’m quite new to Zapier; I’m just wondering if it’s possible to rename a file in Google Drive. Thanks!

Hi @mellz1995 ,

Thanks for reaching out! Currently the Google Drive integration does not support the ability to update/rename Folders. That being said, there is an open feature request for this functionality and I have added you as an interested user which does a few things:

  • Re-raises this issue with the app’s team
  • Adds weight to the issue in queue
  • Reminds us to update you should we have an update
