There’s a New Event trigger for Klaviyo and an Add Contact to Customer List for Google Ads. So you could potentially trigger a Zap whenever there’s a new subscriber added to a specific list in Klaviyo and then add the contact to the relevant customer list in Google Ads.

Alternatively, if you’re not looking for real-time updates, and you’d prefer to run an update once a month or so, then it may be worth looking at Transfer to add the contacts into Google Ads from Klaviyo. I don’t think Klaviyo is a currently supported source app but if you can export the segmented list data into Google Sheets as a CSV you could use that as the source instead.
