Its my first time with this solution and I need to do the following.

 

I have a user called "meet@example" and my idea is that every time he is invited in the calendar, the room resource is automatically added, for example "Conference Room"

 

So I can reserve the room and the user is invited to the meeting

That sounds like it should be possible with Zapier, though it depends on the calendar you’re using and how you want to choose a room. 

It would be great to know:

  • Which calendar app you’re using (eg Google Calendar, Outlook, etc)?
  • How you manage room resources (eg are they on a calendar, in a spreadsheet, etc)?
  • If you the rooms need to meet any requirements (eg size of room)?
