I’m trying to get all of the Fireflies transcripts in our company to Zapier but currently it will only get triggered when a meeting is linked to my account. I contacted Fireflies support and they told me that in this case all of my colleagues would need to set up the Zapier integration in Fireflies? Anyone has any experience with this?

Makes no sense to let the whole team have their account linked so very curious to have some insights on this.

If the data from Fireflies is limited to the linked account, then the feedback provided by Fireflies Support is accurate.

Already asked Fireflies to update their documentation. Maybe other users have the same issue? Or maybe we need to adjust some sharing options in Fireflies? Such as “Share with team” so that it WOULD be available in my account? Just curious if anyone else has some experience with this.

This might be a feature request since Fireflies.ai mentioned that your colleagues would need to setup an Zap in Fireflies.ai.

I recommend contacting our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf and for the Fireflies.ai developers to investigate this further.

I have the exact same issue. The problem is that upon testing, Zapier detects calls submitted by the Fireflies of all team members, when pulling test records. However, for some reason, when actually deploying the zap, it ignores all calls except the ones recorded with mine. How can I troubleshoot and fix this? If Zapier can pull all this info, why does it only selectively push calls?

I did some digging into this, and it seems like it’s not possible to trigger on all meetings in the account when using the “New Meeting” trigger. However, we have an open feature request for the “New Meeting” trigger to include all meetings in account.

I have added you and ​@Silverfin to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
