Is it possible to get a notification when my connected app needs to be re-authorized?

There is one main zap we are using, which triggers anytime a ticket is purchased on purple pass. The problem is that the authorization from purple pass times out frequently. I have to remember to check to see if it is still connected and almost always it is not. 

I have zap error notifications on “immediately” and “high” priority, but I do not get notified about this. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What was your solution?

Thank you for your reply! I already had the error notifications set with high priority. I am trying a new zap using the app trigger suggested and hope that this solves the issue.

Hey ​@chorale_zap, just checking in. How did you get on with Troy’s suggestion of using the Zapier Manager app for this - did it do the trick?

I won’t know until I get a notification if it worked, and I haven’t yet. I will have to check intermittently until I know it is working.

No worries ​@chorale_zap. Hopefully that notification comes through soon, although I’m glad the Zap isn’t erroring! 😅 Keep us posted on how it goes.

To follow up on this issue, it did _not_ work, the zap stopped firing but I did not receive any notification. There were no error messages, and the zap was not paused or turned off. Simply it didn't work after running my last test on December 6. 

When I went in to edit the zap and check it, what do you know, there was a message that I  needed to re-authorize purple pass. 

I do get notifications on other errors, so I know that error alerts are working.

This is very frustrating because we are paying for the service and are not getting the value from it our dollars were promised.
