There is one main zap we are using, which triggers anytime a ticket is purchased on purple pass. The problem is that the authorization from purple pass times out frequently. I have to remember to check to see if it is still connected and almost always it is not. 

I have zap error notifications on “immediately” and “high” priority, but I do not get notified about this. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What was your solution?

Thank you for your reply! I already had the error notifications set with high priority. I am trying a new zap using the app trigger suggested and hope that this solves the issue.
