Is it possible to export a Spreadsheet of my Zaps with AI-generated descriptions of what they do?

I have soooooooo many zaps that sometimes it’s hard to remember what’s doing what. It’d be super helpful to export a spreadsheet of my zaps with AI-generated descriptions of what they do. Before I go stumbling into creating something like this, has anyone already done it?

    In Zaps, you can generate a description/notes about the Zap using AI: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/16791272000525-Add-notes-to-your-Zaps
