Is there aleady an option to customize the whatsapp templates?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to customize the WhatsApp Notifications template at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for the “Create Template” action.

I have added you to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

So why is there an option to create a custom template? This is confusing, as it results in an error message saying something wasn't mapped correctly, making us search for a way to correct the error, and the AI keeps giving an inadequate solution.

I believe it would be helpful to have a warning next to the option for a custom template, or remove it altogether until your dev team updates it.

Right now the feature is so incredibly limited

I don’t even care about the fields but for example if you choose lead, it allows me to add noting useful, no payment confirmation ,no booking date, no specific service requested it makes the whole thing meaningless, when I want a WhatsApp notification with confirmation of booking but I have no booking information in the notification?!
