The Send Invoice Action is sending a standard email template. What are the options if there is a need to customize the email body with a different template.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Unfortunately, templates in the “Create Invoice in QuickBooks Online” action is not supported at the moment. However, we have an open feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you as interested member to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

The Send Invoice action has been updated to allow the default templates in Quickbooks to be used instead. If you run into any issues following this update to the Send Invoice action, please do reach out in the Community or get in touch with Support. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡️
