Sometimes an Incident in ServiceNow (like most Ticketing systems) will include an attachment, which is typically a screen shot or picture.

While we have working process for capturing the Incidents and using the info to create Tickets in ConnectWise PSA, I am wondering if there is a way to automatically capture/transfer attachments?

Currently, as I have access to both systems and monitor what is happening, I can manually capture them and move them between systems, but it sure would be great to have Zaps handle this!

For the available ServiceNow Zap triggers, you’ll have to configure and test to determine if those return the attachments are available.
Do the triggers return the desired attachment data points? (file urls or file objects)
