Is it possible to allow customer to request queue number via Slack?

I want to add this functionality:

  1. Option to allow customer to request for queue number via slack
  2. Option to have an admin feature to activate and deactivate join queue
    via slack feature via the admin portal

Zapier provide this types of functinality?

Would the queue numbers be generated and managed by a bot of some kind in Slack? If so, is this a custom bot you’ve built or is a publicly available one?

Or, is the queue handled by a different app entirely and you’d like users to be able to join/leave the queue and be assigned a number via Slack?
