I have been tasked to explore how to integrate Capsule CRM and Clickup.
I understand it can be done with Zapier.
But how does it benefit our operations effectiveness and efficiencies?
I am using Capsule for CRM activities and Clilckup for projects follow up.
I also understand that Clickup has CRM function.
Therefore, is it really necessary to use Capsule CRM?
