- when a add a new user in my Office365 tenant, this user have to be invited in other Office365 tenant.

These are the available triggers (“when this happens”) for Office 365:
It sounds like you might be trying to do something more on the admin side of Office 365, like inviting users to a separate instance.
A Microsoft 365 tenant is a dedicated instance of the services of Microsoft 365 and your organization data stored within a specific default location, such as Europe or North America. (source)
In that case, it’s not something that Zapier supports for Office 365, I’m afraid.
