Hi - I am trying to create a zap between Intercom and Breeze.  I am trying to trigger when a conversation is tagged and I would like to be able to use the Conversation Title to use as my task title in Breeze, but it is not an attribute that I can choose when setting up the action of creating the task.  Being that I also ran into the issues (already looks like it’s been reported multiple times) that I can’t filter on the tags in the conversation because they are not sent either, I was wondering if there is any other action that currently includes the conversation title.  Hoping maybe I can come up with some sort of work-around.

Thanks for the question - if the existing triggers for Intercom: https://zapier.com/apps/intercom/integrations#triggers-and-actions are not giving you the Conversation Title field, that would be a feature request we can make for the Intercom integration. To make the request and allow us to inform you if/when it becomes available for this integration please open a ticket with Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help 

Sorry I don’t have a more immediate solution for you!
