I need to integrate EPOS NOW and ZOHO INVENTORY via Zapier. I have 3 warehouse branches, each with separate EPOS software. I need to integrate each warehouse's EPOS software with the main ZOHO account, using different bin locations for each. Unfortunately, I couldnot integrate ZOHO TO EPOS directly, So i need to do this operation with zapier, so I need to know is that possible with zapier and pricing details

Yes, this integration is definitely possible with Zapier

Both EPOS NOW and Zoho Inventory have native Zapier integrations, which makes this workflow achievable.

Some available EPOS NOW Triggers on Zapier are:

  • New Transaction (most likely what you'll need)
  • New Booking
  • New Customer
  • New Product
  • New Rating

Some Available Zoho Inventory Actions:

  • Create Contact
  • Create Item
  • Create Sales Order
  • API Request (for more advanced operations like specifying bin locations)

Since you have 3 separate EPOS systems (one per warehouse), you might need to create 3 separate Zaps. One for each warehouse location.

Since you're running 3 Zaps that will fire with each transaction, your task usage will add up quickly. I'd recommend starting with the Professional Plan and monitoring your task usage for the first month to see if you need to scale up.
