Integration of LinkedIn with Odoo

When trying to link the linkedIn with odoo, the sample test worked in LinkedIn but when selecting To Do as Odoo and going to the custom Lead and pressing the "Refresh Field" it's throwing error "Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Odoo CRM."


Please help as i am new to Zapier.

Hi @Hassan ,

Sorry you're running into an error!

Usually when fields aren't coming across it means that they may not be set up within the entity the zap is trying to write or that the intended account isn't connected.

To help us better understand, can you share what fields are not coming across and confirm if they are custom fields?
