I would like to have a lead created in Dynamics 365 CRM when someone schedules an appointment in Calendly. I have added questions in Calendly that when answered would correspond to specific fields in my lead form in Dynamics 365 CRM.
How do I map the fields between the 2 apps so I have the information I need in Dynamics 365 CRM?
The lead is created when an appointment is scheduled but the needed fields do not fill in.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi @WFCPub
Check out these Zap help articles to get you started with Zap triggers/actions:
Thanks Troy but those articles do not address my problem.
I have fields in Calendly I ask an invitee to answer, such as, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Business Name, and Business Phone Number.
When the invitee schedules an appointment I have that creating a new lead in Dynamics 365 CRM. I would like those answers in the Calendly invite to automatically map to the corresponding fields in the Dynamics 365 CRM lead form.
The triggers and actions are working properly because I have tested it. When an Invitee schedules an appointment, a lead is created but none of the information from Calendly is in the Lead form.
How do I map the fields from Calendly to Dynamics 365 CRM?
Thanks,
WFCPub
Hi @WFCPub
NOTE: Mapping data points between steps involves using the ‘Custom’ mapping option on fields.
Here is a screen shot of options for the Dynamics 365 CRM field “Mobile Phone” none of these options include the answer the invitee would have entered in Calendly. What am I missing?
