Hi,

Please i need your help to solve this problem :

When i try to add my Act! account from Zapier, i have this error.

Hi @CasaReno I'm sorry that you're having trouble connect to your Act! database.

The first thing to check is whether or not the database is locked. To do this, follow these instructions in Act!

  1. Login to the database as an Administrator user
  2. Click the Tools menu, then click Database Maintenance
  3. Click Lock/Unlock Database…
  4. Click Unlock

Even if it says unlocked, an administrator may need to lock then unlock to reset appropriately.

Could you give that a go and let us know if it works?

Finally it works : I just put the Url web of our account ACT when we are connected.
