Integrating Wufoo with DocuSign

I have a trial of DocuSign and am testing it with Wufoo. All works fine but when my form goes into DocuSign it starts with 2 blank pages before my form starts. Any ideas why this is please? DocuSign haven’t been helpful and I have no phone number for Wufoo but have sent them an email.

Thank you this is all sorted. I had html in my Form Description,  which is not supported. I put the html in a section break instead and resized my image and all worked fine.

This might be useful to someone else.
