I am trying to integrate Bright HR and Xero to synchronise Leave Requests. 

Steps are

  1. Pull Authorised Leave requests from Bright HR (this sort of already exists as an action but isnt ideal)
  2. Push Authorised Leave requests into Xero against the correct employee.

It seems all the Xero actions relate to bills and invoicing and not leave how do we create this zap?

If a Zap app trigger/action aren’t available, then it’s likely the app API would have to be used: https://developer.xero.com/documentation/api/accounting/overview

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
