Integrating Starshipit with Zoho sheet

Hi guys,

I connected StarShipIT with Zoho sheet which is working perfectly.

I have one issue.

I can’t find the date when the customer received the package.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Can you post screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured?

Are you using this as the Zap trigger step?
Guessing this trigger would NOT include the delivery date.

Yes you are right. I tried the others too but this gives the most information which I need.

I try to create a Sheet where I could easily follow-up the status of my packages and if they were delivered when was that.

I found an event date field but contains every date and I don’t know how I can extract the right one for me.
