Question

Integrating Dubsado with Monday.com using Zapier

Hi. I am assessing whether to use Monday.com as a project management tool in addition to Dubsado (my existing CRM), and want to better understand the Zapier integration capabilities between the two.

If a meeting is scheduled in Dubsado, is there a way for Zapier to pull that date as a value into a date column in a Monday.com board? And if there are changes to that meeting (rescheduled, cancelled), can Zapier automatically update the value in the corresponding column in Monday.com?

As a client project progresses through a workflow in Dubsado, is there a way to update the “Status” column for a corresponding project item in Monday.com using Zaps?

Thanks in advance for any guidance on this very green question. I am new to both Zapier and Monday.com, and want to make a reasonably informed decision before implementing both systems (and potentially disrupting my existing business systems ecosystem).

Hi @Kate F,

Welcome to the Community.

You can use Zapier to connect Monday.com and Dubsado by setting up Zaps that automate tasks. For example, you can create a new Monday.com item with the meeting date when a meeting is scheduled in Dubsado or update the item if the meeting is rescheduled or canceled. You can also automate updates to the "Status" column on Monday.com as a project progresses in Dubsado. Test your setup to ensure everything runs smoothly, as Zapier can greatly enhance your workflow once configured correctly.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks both for your replies. Do you know if the Zap updates to meeting dates and project status will carry across interconnected High / Low boards? That is, if a Zap is created to update the Low board, will the changes to info carry through to the High Level more “dashboard” like board?

Thank you!

Hi @Kate F,

Whether changes made by a Zap on a Low board reflect on a High-Level board depends on how the boards and Zaps are configured. Updates should sync if the High-Level board mirrors specific fields from the Low board, and those fields are included in the Zap's trigger and action steps. Testing changes can confirm this. Sharing more details about your Zap setup and fields can help troubleshoot if issues arise.
