This type of issue can occur if an account is making too many requests to Instagram in a short period of time. For example, if your Instagram account is connected to any other services that might also be posting photos. Or, if you’ve shared the same image to multiple Instagram accounts, that can lead to the error you’re describing.

Whatever you’re trying to post to Instragram, they’re rejecting it because they think it’s spam. This is not something Zapier can fix as that block is coming from Instagram.
