Hey Zapier community!

 

We’ve built a very helpful workflow for our sales agents:

 

  1. Customer fills out form on Fillout
  2. Text data from the form is pushed to GHL (via LeadConnector)
  3. Uploaded documents from the form are pushed to Google Drive for storage
  4. The agent who owns the customer receives an email from Gmail (triggered by Zapier)

 

There’s one final step, however. We use Looker Studio to create reports and provide our agents with oversight on where the deals are sitting in the approvals stage. There is one user who creates all of these reports, and they are individually shared with the agents.

Is it possible to add a Zap stage which will push data from the uploaded form to a particular report? I’m wondering how we could delineate which report the data can be pushed to. The Fillout form captures the agent’s email address as part of the referral link, so perhaps if the reports were renamed to the agent’s emall (eg “agent@business.com”), could Zapier then ‘line up’ the data with the correct report? Is there any functionality which supports this kind of outcome?

I did some checking and seems there aren’t any “create report” type of actions available for Looker. I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team to submit a new feature request for that to be added. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. That’ll flag the need for that type of functionality to our engineers, so they can work on getting it added.
