Hello Zapier community!

I’m relatively new to Zapier but excited about its potential. I run a small service-based business, and I’m looking to streamline our client onboarding process. I've automated some basic tasks like sending welcome emails, but I’d love to explore more advanced, innovative ways to use Zapier to enhance the client experience during onboarding.

Does anyone have creative ideas or specific workflows they’ve implemented that go beyond the usual tasks? For example, ways to automatically personalize client interactions, track their journey, or integrate with other platforms for seamless onboarding?
