Infusion Soft/Keap to send landing page from google form submission?

I'm trying to use a google form connected to Infusion Soft/Keap and have a Keap landing page sent every time a form response is submitted. Anyone know if this can be done?

    Hi @Wrightstuff , when you say have a landing page sent can you clarify? Do you mean sent via email? A redirection after completing the form?
