Hi There.

 

I successfully tested being able to create a Fresdesk ticket from Formstack - the field mapping is easy enough - but I could not seem to find a way to include a file attachments (that the user submits on the Formstack form) to come through - there was no mapping or apparent capability.

 

In short, the file attachments from the Formstack form need to be included in the Freshdesk ticket.

Good question.

You would likely have to explore using the Freshdesk API: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#create_ticket

Try using the AI assist in this Zap action: Freshdesk - App Extensions
