Question

In Google Sheets, how do I automatically update just one column when its data changes?

I'm working with a dataset in Google Sheets and need to monitor changes in a specific column 'status' for each row. I'd like to trigger an update only when the 'status' value for a given ID changes—without rewriting the entire sheet.

Hi @User103

Zap trigger: GSheets - New or Updated Spreadsheet Row

Field: Trigger Column

As Zap step 2, make sure to use a Filter step: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/integrations#help
