Import Excel into ConnectWise Manage Project Tickets

Question

Hi All.Does anyone have experience importing Excel into a ConnectWise Manage project? I am specifically looking to see if you are able to populate the Budget Hours in a project ticket with data from Excel.

Hi @damonb!Welcome to the Zapier Community :) I looked into this for you, and it does not look like that field is available:I’ve added your vote to a feature request we have, about adding extra fields to the Create Ticket action.We'll let you know via email when that's been implemented.
