Hi. I have a Slack + Pipefy integration. A notification is sent to Slack when an item is moved to DONE in Pipefy. I would like to know if there is the possibility of doing an automation so that the JIRA Software ticket is moved to RESOLVED when the Pipefy move some item to DONE.

What version of Jira Software are you using? (Cloud or Server)

 

Try this Jira action: Update Issue

 

NOTE: You may need to add a step before to Find Issue.

  1. Trigger: Pipefy - Card Done
  2. Action: Slack - Send Channel Message
  3. Action: Jira - Find Issue
  4. Action: Jira - Update Issue (map the Issue ID from Step 3)
