  • I get an error message when my Zap triggers, and the Zap Run is on hold in my Zap History.
I built a simple interface that has always worked.I pick up a webhook and bring this data to a card after the master task. I get an error message every time the trigger fires. In my history I see that the data record is on hold. What can I do here?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Zap. I understand the trigger is Webhooks by Zapier, but I’m not clear on what the action is. It may not be important but I’m trying to get a complete picture.

Also, you said “I get an error message every time the trigger fires. In my history I see that the data record is on hold.”

Can you elaborate on that or share some screenshots (please remove any personally identifiable information) that could help us troubleshoot this for you? Thanks!
