Hi guys,
Sorry in advance, it’s a bit long, but I wanted to give you all the details and steps I've gone through.
My aim is to create an Excel spreadsheet to analyse the performance of my Instagram account.
I had a creator account and managed to link it to an excel.


The problem was that I only had the ‘Caption’, ‘Date’ and ‘Post URL’ data appearing on my Excel.
I concluded that this was because I had an Instagram account and not an Instagram Business.
So I converted my Instagram creator account into an Instagram business account.

Now, when I create the Zap, I manage to complete the ‘App & Event’ and ‘Account’ steps but when I fill in the ‘Trigger’, Zappier can't find any “Instagram Account to Use”. The following message appears:

‘No options are available’. Here are some reasons why this might happen:
Confirm that you have connected the correct account.
Confirm that there is data in the partner application.
Confirm that you are authorised to access the data in the partner application.
There was a problem retrieving data from the partner application. Please try again later.”


And also the note:

‘To select an account, you must have an Instagram Business account that has been added to a Facebook page. You must be an administrator of this Facebook page. If you are an administrator of more than 25 Facebook Pages, you may need to click the ‘Load More’ button on this drop-down list so that we can load more choices.”


But... :
- I've changed my creator account to a business account
- My Instagram is linked to my Facebook page
- I'm an administrator on my Facebook page

I don't know why or where I'm blocked. Can you help me find a solution? Thank you for your help! :)

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try inputting the Instagram Page ID in the “Instagram Accounts To Use” field as a custom value?
