I am new on Zapier and i can’t connect with Azure Devops, the user generated for Zapier doesn’t have permissions.

In Azure Devops, I don’t see any option to add this type of user or change the permissions of the resources.

In Zapier, i don’t see any option to configure a Azure’s token.

The error it shows me is the following:

I couldn't find any information about it, what I can do?

Thank you very much in advance

Hi @dlanuara ,

Thanks for reaching out- happy to help!

Could you double-check the URL you are using in the connection of your AzureDevOps account? Sometimes if that is off the above error will pop up!

Let us know if that doesn’t seem to be the culprit and we’ll dig deeper!

Hi @Liz_Roberts,
Thanks for answering!
I re-verified the URL and I made the connection again, but I received the same error. I don't know if it should be considered, but the Azure Devops’s URL has the following format:

https://xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx.visualstudio.com/

Where the X's are letters.

Could this be the problem? I put “xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx” in the input at the time of creating the connection.

Best regards

Hi @dlanuara ,

Thanks for sharing! That does look peculiar- I’m escalating this to Support so they can dig deeper into your configuration here.

They will be in touch just as soon as they can!

Hi @Liz_Roberts,

Thanks for answering again!

I touch the "Test" button again and, magically, it worked!

I don't understand what happened, I didn't change anything, but it is working.

Thanks for your time

Best regards
