Question

Hyperlink with office 365 HTML not working

Hello,

Could anyone help me with Office 365? I have lead going to Google spread sheet and then an automatic booking email is sent. I want to add the booking site as a hyperlink.

This is what I get.

Hi there @Elite Ventures,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

Hi there, @Elite Ventures 👋

Did you manage to get this figured out?

If not, it looks like the HTML for the link is formatted incorrectly. To fix that, on the Send Email (Microsoft Office 365) action you’d want to ensure that the Body Format field has HTML selected and change the link to be in this format: <a href="linkURL">Book Your Demo Now</a>

For example:

If you give that a try and get stuck or have any follow-up questions, just let me know! 🙂
