Hubspot "new contact on list" isn't working info incomplete

I have a flow inside zap and everything seems to work fine, except that there is some information inside the integration that is not reaching my HubSpot so I have to enter it manually, I would like to know if anyone else has had this happen and how to fix it.

Attached is a screenshot of Zap and HubSpot, as well as that I have a HubSpot payment account.

Hi @Victor.herrera

If you’re using HubSpot New Contact in List as the Zap trigger, make sure to select the additional properties to retrieve at the bottom.

if the above doesn’t solve your issue, can you elaborate on what information from your trigger step is not making it into hubspot? Then possibly share a broader screenshot of your create contact action?

The information from the trigger will need to be mapped somewhere in your create contact action to make it to hubspot.

@Troy Tessalone sorry by mistake I put “new contact on list”, however it is to “create a new contact”, I have already checked the properties that are sent and added the one I need, however it still does not arrive, how can I fix it?

As @GetUWired mentioned, please provide us with more screenshots of how your data points are mapped between steps.

What data points are coming thru?

Here’s a help article:

@Troy Tessalone

Hi @Victor.herrera

These screenshots don’t show how your data points are mapped across the Zap steps.

You can use the ‘Custom’ mapping option to map data points across Zap steps.

Perhaps check out this help article about Zap action basics:

Once your Zap fires, you can view the DATA IN/OUT for each step in the triggered Zap Runs here:

That info should help you troubleshoot the issue.

If you still need help, you can open a ticket with Zapier Support here:
