Question

HubSpot contacts not updated from WIX Automations

Hi,
 

Our contacts in HubSpot are being created - but NOT UPDATING when a person submits the form again using the same address but say with a different first name or so.. even though the HubSpot side of the Zap say’s it will “Create and updated based on email address”.

Any help REALLY appreciated.

Can you show me the Zap history of action create/update in Hubspot? Show me for both when the contact is created and when the contact is updated.
