How to use Zapier to capture leads from Stan Store and redirect to external link?

OKKKK…… Is it possible for this to happen. I created a lead capture page in Stan Store. I need it to act as a opt in page for my website. So when they submit I need 2 things to happen. 

1- the lead is captured

2- the lead is redirected to my website which is an external link. 

 

Can I use Zapier to do this?
